These guidelines apply to riders and drivers on every ride. Breaking them may lead to a suspension or to the account being closed.

Respect

Be courteous. Insults, threats, harassment and discrimination of any kind are not tolerated.
No physical contact or sexual comments. Respect personal space.
Use the other person's details only for the ride. Do not contact them afterwards for personal reasons.

Always a helmet on motorbike rides: the driver carries one for the rider and the rider wears it.
Drivers ride without alcohol or drugs, follow traffic laws and do not use the phone while driving except for navigation.
One rider per motorbike ride, except a minor riding together as the law allows.
Check that the person, plate and vehicle match the app before getting on.
If something makes you feel unsafe, end the ride somewhere safe and report it.

Weapons, drugs, explosives, animals without prior agreement, anything that cannot be carried safely and anything illegal.

The price is the one the app shows. No other amount is negotiated and no extra charges are added.
Payment is made at the end of the ride, with the agreed method.
