Driver terms
Version 1 · Oct 11, 2026
Draft pending legal review. The Kuulis team prepared this text and a Venezuelan lawyer has not reviewed it yet. Details in brackets will be completed before launch. The Spanish version prevails.
These terms add to the general Terms and conditions and apply to whoever offers rides on Kuulis ("driver").
1. Relationship with Kuulis
- You are an independent driver. You are not an employee, agent or partner of Kuulis, and you decide when and how much you go online.
- Kuulis connects you with riders. A ride is an agreement between you and the rider.
- You are responsible for following traffic laws and for the tax and legal obligations that apply to you as a driver.
2. Requirements
- Being 21 or older, with a valid licence, valid medical certificate, national ID, RIF and a vehicle with the age and documents the app asks for.
- Your documents and photos must be real. Kuulis reviews them before approving you and may ask for them again.
- Keeping the vehicle in good condition and carrying a spare helmet for the rider on motorbike rides.
3. Rides and payments
- The app shows you the ride price before you accept it. The rider pays you directly that amount with the agreed method. Kuulis takes no commission per ride.
- Do not charge different amounts or extras outside the app.
- When a ride has a promotion, Kuulis credits you the difference in your wallet.
4. Monthly subscription
- Kuulis charges a monthly fee only in months you made rides, based on what you earned that month and with a cap. The current tiers are shown in the app and may change; a change applies from the next month.
- The first months after your first ride are free, under the promotion in force when you sign up.
- The fee is charged on the 1st of each month, for the previous month's earnings, from your wallet balance. If it is not enough you have a grace period; after that you will not get rides until you pay.
5. Conduct and quality
- Follow the Community guidelines. You may decline a ride, but abusive declines or cancellations affect your account.
- Rider ratings and reports are used to keep quality and safety.
6. Location
While you are online, the app uses your location, including in the background, to offer you nearby rides and show the route to the rider. It stops sending it when you go offline.
7. Suspension and removal
Kuulis may suspend or remove your account if your documents expire or are not valid, if you break these terms or the Community guidelines, or if you do not pay the subscription. We will tell you why.
8. Liability
You are responsible for the damage you cause during rides. Kuulis is not liable for accidents, fines, vehicle damage or disputes with riders, except where the law does not allow limiting it. [Insurance: to be defined.]
